How it works
We’ll roll up our sleeves and work together over six weeks with the express goal of getting you to the other side of things. Whether it’s a project you’re ready to kick-start, a “What’s next?” plan you want to map out, systems and supports you need to enact to prevent burnout, or working through a challenging decision or situation.
We won’t just talk about it, we’ll get it DONE.
We'll discuss your needs
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute call to ensure we’re a good fit. We’ll also use this time to determine which Leadership Intensive is right for you, and our next steps if we work together.
You'll complete some pre-work
You’ll complete a short questionnaire to prepare for our intensive. This helps me see the whole picture and saves us time when we meet.
We'll meet for our Intensive
We’ll meet over the phone or Zoom for our 2-hour intensive around your particular challenge (or opportunity). At the end, we’ll design a specific plan of action to get the work done (one part you, one part me).
We'll refine and tweak
We’ll continue over Voxer (a voice messaging app) to refine, tweak and tighten the work we’ve done. This allows you time to integrate decisions made in the Intensive, with extra support as you go.
We meet for two more calls
You access our Intensive Hub
You’ll have access to a private Hub for your Leadership Intensive. We’ll use this for our call recordings, progress plans and extra resources.

Find Your Focus, Map Your Path
Find Your Focus will help you figure out what matters, what’s next and how you’ll get there. If you’ve been feeling scattered, unclear and all over the place, this intensive will give you clarity and the confidence to move forward.
This intensive is powerful whether you’re an entrepreneur looking to stop chasing shiny objects or a professional inside a company feeling pulled in 20 different directions.

Beyond Busywork & Burnout
Beyond Busywork & Burnout will help you get organized and out of overwhelm.
If you’re feeling like your days are largely spent reacting to other people’s requests and there’s never enough time for the activities that would make a difference in your work, this intensive is for you.
When you know there’s important, move-the-needle work you want to get to, but you can’t seem to find the time or know how to maximize when you finally DO get time, it’s time to find a better way.
We’ll work together to reclaim your time and schedule, simplify and streamline the way you’re working, and build out a system to keep you out of the weeds long-term.
Brave Decisions, Bold Actions
Brave Decisions, Bold Actions will help you navigate a difficult situation, a tough decision or call to level up.
Part of being a leader (and a human) ensures we will face moments that challenge us and require more than what we feel we have available.
That might be around having a hard, high-stakes conversation with a boss, a business partner or a client. It might be a crossroads decision that you’re going back and forth on, second-guessing yourself constantly. Or it might be an opportunity to push your own growth edges and take the leap toward an uncertain (but exciting) possible future.
Making brave decisions and taking bold action alone is tough! We’ll work together to tap your personal power (which we often relinquish when stressed), make key decisions and build out the plan (and the words) to do your hard thing with grace and conviction.

Is it possible to get results in such a short period of time?
Absolutely! Because we’re focusing on a specific challenge, we’ll be able to laser-focus in to get right to the heart of the problem and design a solution that works.
All three focus areas are in my zone of genius. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on similar challenges, and I have established processes and resources to help along the way.
Remind me again how these Leadership Intensives work?
No problem! Here’s how they work:
- You book a complimentary session with me to determine which Leadership Intensive is best
- Upon payment, you’ll receive a short intake form and a link to my personal scheduler
- You book your 2-hour Initial Session with me and complete the intake form
- During our initial session, we’ll work through a 5-step framework to get you to the other side with an action plan and the confidence you need to proceed
- You enjoy five weeks of unlimited Voxer support (I’ll offer up prompts and homework to help)
- You book two additional 90-minute sessions with me (every two weeks after initial intensive) to overcome roadblocks, work the plan together and tie up any loose ends.
- You are on your way! I’ll leave you with a private Leadership Intensive HQ space in Notion with custom resources, notes and recordings from our sessions, and more.
I'm new to Voxer. How does it work and how will we use it?
Voxer is wonderful! It’s a voice messaging app (text too) in a walkie-talkie style. It allows us to communicate when the need or desire strikes, without having to send a long email or hop on an additional call. You simply press a button, record a message for me (or type if you’d prefer) and I’ll respond during office hours with a follow-up message. We can go back and forth like this until you have the clarity you need to move forward.
As part of your Leadership Intensive, you receive five weeks of Voxer support in between our initial session and our final session. I’ll guide you on how to best use this time so that you can maximize my support.
What if I have a number of different challenges going on?
If you have a number of different challenges (and opportunities) going on, a Leadership Intensive might not be the right fit for you as they are designed to solve one specific problem. You can book one Leadership Intensive, and then another if you’d like.
Alternatively, you can work with me over six months through my private leadership coaching package, and we can create a plan to work through all your different needs in that time. This package is designed for someone who wants ongoing, longer-term support to make progress against a number of different goals.
I'd love a Leadership Intensive but my particular challenge isn't listed. Can I still book one?
