How it works
We’ll work together, in partnership, over the course three, six or 12 months as you explore, integrate, grow and lead.
We'll discuss your needs
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute call to ensure we’re a good fit. This is a no-pressure chance for us both to learn more about each other.
You'll complete some pre-work
You’ll complete a short questionnaire to prepare for our kick-off session. This helps me see the whole picture and saves us time when we meet.
We'll begin our partnership
We’ll kick things off with a 90-minute strategy and planning call. We’ll use this time to go over the scope of our work together, set up clear goals and prioritize next actions.
We'll meet twice per month
We’ll continue our work with bi-monthly sessions (60-minutes). We’ll dive deep, helping you move through stuck points, find opportunities, and tap your own courage.
We'll connect in-between sessions
Whether through Voxer or text, you’ll be able to reach out when you need to troubleshoot or share a win. You can also send over any communications etc that you want my eye on before you hit send.
You access our Coaching Hub
You’ll have access to a private Hub for your coaching. We’ll use this for our call recordings and extra resources.

Our work together will be non-prescriptive, wholehearted (you can bring all of you to our sessions), and with your growth in mind.
We’ll explore what’s holding you back, what matters most, and how aligned you are to the values you hold dear. We’ll tap your own greatness to help you level up your impact and influence. And we’ll continually refine the systems and supports that can help you flourish.
We’ll work together as partners over the course of six months (or longer if you’d like) as you expand your leadership capacities and grow your confidence. And I’ll be right beside you as you navigate change, uncertainty, key decisions, new growth opportunities, setbacks, and big wins.
