Meet Steph

Leadership Coach | Podcaster | Community Builder

I help everyday leaders (like you) do extraordinary things.

Leadership gets a bad rap. For many, the word alone conjures up associations to: power, control, corner office, authority, boss(y), ego, spotlight or leading a large team of people. And while these words often describe some forms of leadership, it only tells part of the story.

I believe that leadership isn’t just for the extroverted, the politicians or the CEOs.

We can all be everyday leaders.

In this more expansive model of leadership, everyone plays a role in stepping up to lead – whether that’s a community project, a company-wide initiative, a small team of contractors or a company of one. It’s not reserved only for those at the top or on the big stages, it’s available to all of us.

YOU are a leader. And we need your leadership.

Now more than ever, we need everyday leaders of all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives raising their hands to lead. Our world is adapting (the pandemic has certainly shown us that), and the old model isn’t working well anymore.

It’s your time and your turn, to develop the skills, confidence and community to help you rise to meet the challenges ahead.

And that’s where I come in.

I’m here to help everyday leaders do extraordinary things with a values-driven approach.

Through leadership coaching, entrepreneurial mentorship and community offerings, I’ll help you amplify your courage and strengthen your confidence as a leader so that you can go do the work you’re here to do. I’ll help you stay focused, get organized and avoid burnout.

Your contribution matters. I’m here to help you activate it and see it through.

Let’s get started.

About Me

Hi! I’m Stephanie Pollock, Leadership Coach, Host of the Everyday Leadership for Smart Women Podcast and Founder of LEAD.Well – a community of practice for women leaders.

I’ve always sought out leadership roles: Mayor of my grade six classroom, captain of my field hockey and soccer teams, Vice Chair of the Board of one of our city’s biggest non-profit, steering committee member and organizer for the highly successful Women’s Leadership Forum, and head of numerous non-profit committees.

And for the past 14 years I’ve been working side-by-side with women across the globe to help them lead themselves and their businesses forward.

Women’s leadership is at the heart of what I do. I believe, now more than ever, that strengthening and amplifying women in leadership roles will change our world for the better.
